Bookings policy
Whilst every effort is made to make lanes available at the time for which they
are booked no guarantee can be given that this will be achieved exactly. We
will endeavor however to get bookings onto the lanes as close to the booked
time as is possible depending on the circumstances. We would also ask for your
co-operation and request that you arrive 10 minutes prior to your booked time
in order to minimize any potential delay to other customers. We will hold the
lane for 10 minutes after the booked time after which the lane will be
re-allocated to someone else if we have a waiting list. If you cannot make your
booking in part or in full please let us know as soon as possible and we can
then allocate your lanes to someone else. We thank you for your co-operation in
this matter.
Directions
We can be found in the town center at the Otley Road end of Market Street just
before the traffic lights behind Staveley's garage. Car parking available behind the bowl and in Shipley town centre.
